Lisanne, Just do it. Half an hour at the most. Steady 6km climb with a easy bit in the middle (between the two water tanks). Just divide the climb into thirds. Start(bottom) to lower water tank is the hardest, Between the tanks is very easy and the last third is somewhere between the two.
If you feel that you haven't had enough climbing just add 4km to Olinda which is a moderate to easy climb(if you can call it that)
