Must have been about a thousand out today as our group was huge and the rabbits were even "more bigger"
Either that or they were just strung out over 500mtrs.
Very pleasant mousey ride this morning. Perfect pace up Canterbury set by B-I-O and an elite marshmallow (moi). At some point I ended up at the back of the bunch (i.e. unintentionally for once) and got split at a few sets of lights along Doncaster. Lucky outlook had fresh legs and reeled in the bunch
, or was it that they got caught at the next set of lights. I was very happy with my Col d Belmore segment with today's effort being only 12 secs off my PB. Hopefully a sign of some fittest returning, no thanks to last weekends special training camp in Sydney involving lots of beer and food and very little sleep
Back at MR everything ran smoothly for me, had my coffee before 7:10 and that's all that matters. Happy birthday Kelvin, I gave the muffins a miss as I really need to drop a few KGs before the Oppy (again no thanks to weekend training camp).
Hope to make it three in a row tomorrow.........
