Indeed. I saw this on the ride back from Warburton in use by what appeared to be a 12 or so year old boy. At least it enabled him to get out into the fresh air with his family so that there was a semblance of normality with their outing.
I thought chances were it belonged to someone with a permanent disability.... like large size tricycles (but perhaps in fact easier to ride?)
I saw it too...the kid on this bike had his helmet hanging around his neck ( ) and was being towed with a rope. I was wondering how many others would spot the rope and wished I had some on hand
