Yes it does but it's a shame that there is no mention of accomodation in Omeo. Not surprising since it seems to be an alpine resort motivator, but Omeo would be the logical half way point if you were doing the ride over two days. It would be a hard ride travelling from say, Hotham to Falls Creek via Omeo in one day, although ACE250 entrants may disagree.
It seems to be aimed more at the light tourer. I couldn't see anything about bags been transported so I would imagine you would have to carry your own gear. No real problem but if you wanted to do the ride on a road bike carrying your stuff might be problematic.
I reckon the way to do it would be to wait until next years AAC and enter the two day "Alpine Raid". For the cost of entry Audax will transport a bag to Omeo and provide normal AAC support. You have to book your own accomodation in Omeo. I can't remember the cost of the this year's ride but recall it being quite reasonable. I am very tempted to try this option for next year's AAC myself.
