Opposite to Matt Matt above, I've had very little alcohol over the past three to four weeks. And very little caffeine.
Come to think of it, I also covered very few cycling kms in that same time period, and running started to drop, too...
This reeks of chicken or egg syndrome. Does less alcohol consumption lead to less riding? Or does less riding lead to less alcohol consumption?
Since Sunday, I've increased intake, and have had two beers so far this week. And have ridden 68km. And run 22km.
I think I need to have a beer tonight, to ponder this further...
