I don't understand your point, that's all. The article's more about carbohydrate loading than recovery (which this article is.) The article I linked states that post workout a 4:1 carb:protein intake is bemeficial, but it's not the main point of the article.
Is your point that because the article I linked doesn't cite the latest and greatest research in every area, then the whole article is worthless?
Anyway, I'm not in the business of carb loading, read it today and in the context of the conversation thought it may be of interest, that's all.
