I am struggling with the 'cutting back the eating' idea though.
On days I don't ride, I am fine. I can eat like a real human.
But on the days I ride. . I have no will power.
If cardio isn't great for weight loss, maybe I should cut back on it so I can eat normally for a few weeks.
Or I could switch to weights. Blurk.
Or I could stop weighing myself, coz lycra stretches after all.
I might go eat a carrot while I contemplate it.
Or a muffin .
+1 to all the above. Extra 2kg, hungry when I do exercise yada yada yada. I want to start commuting again but am terrified of the hunger Protein is all very well, but considering I was having huge smoothies with whey protein added and still bonking on the way home, not sure it works for people with highly inefficient metabolisms
