I used to do body balance when I was living in Tamworth - we had a very good instructor and I definitely found it beneficial.

Overall the workouts seemed a little light on and I think they must cater for a rehab program. That's my impression, although I did mention that I wasn't feeling any different in the core, and they insisted that the workout is deep. Maybe but I didn't feel it ..
