MrS got a pasta machine for Christmas so when we're back in Melbourne we'll be having a go at this.
No pictures but very straight forward:
1 egg and 100gm flour per serve
Mix til like breadcrumbs then knead til it becomes a ball and then eventually becomes smooth
Wrap in clingwrap and refrigerate for at least 30 mins
then work through pasta machine folding over it self the first couple of times
then go down the sizes on the machine keeping some flour on the surface
I then just cut rough fettucini strips but will try the cutter attatchment next time.
Cooks really quickly, maybe 2 mins..
