Obviously, getting more people riding more often is a great idea - but what building blocks & processes do we need to establish in order to achieve that objective
My initial reaction to BV changing name and becoming a health & lifestyle charity is that it is a step in the wrong direction. However, I'm hoping that someone can explain what their rationale was and how & why it might help.
