So show the followup where the driver is fined, or at least proof of the police report, otherwise video footage of drivers behaving badly is just preaching to the converted.
I prefer to put a positive slant on it. The video was quite well done, and having an incident like this shown on a well-read news website is priceless publicity.

If you full-screen the video and step through it, it appears the cyclist was gesturing or saying something while stopped at the lights. Who knows who started it, he might have gotten a gob-ful of abuse and decided to react. It doesn't justify the driver's response, but it does prove how easily some people are ticked off when they're safe and sound in their shells, marinating in their own self importance.
