Had a good comute today, not a PB on the trip there but took 5 minutes off the usual return journey time.
I wasn't clock watching and only put extra effort into the 4 hills, seems that the hills impact significantly on my journey time despite them being not much of a challenge to a fit & experienced rider (that doesn't include me, I find them a challenge).
I'm happy to see my average speed creeping upward, even if it is by very small increments.
A co-worker also rode today, I have been trying to convince him for a few weeks, at least that effort has paid off. He is a reasonably active person and much younger, travels half the distance and has no hills to contend with. I hope he sticks with it.
