well you need a 100 km ride in next 2 weeks - weekend 20/21, this weekend you need a Boulie ride - training ride 2-4 laps (30-40kms) - stay focused on hills - this is a strength builder you will still have that. Commute concentrate on spinning only. Focus your energy on RTB, that means no bad food, good sleep and no alcohol.
If you pull up well after 100km ride, you will have a realistic idea of how well you are going. Then only 60-80 kms each weekend aiming for a nice rhythm. If you over train post-flu you will get sick again.
Your aim is to find a sustainable pace that doesn't take you into zones you can't sustain. One more thing, limit drafting in training until RTB you will need it then. Cheers.
