Bicycle Network Victoria is proud to announce a new partnership with St Kilda Cycling Club


 

The new SKCC/Bicycle Network Victoria recreational licence will provide all the benefits of Bicycle Network Victoria membership and SKCC recreational membership.

This exciting new initiative will support the recreational rider who is looking for the training, skills and local support that a racing club can provide as well as helping to improve cycling conditions.
