Your rights on the road are not obvious. The Riders' Rights Officer and Maurice Blackburn work closely together to support Bicycle Network Victoria members - providing privileged access to legal advice and support for any of your riding concerns including:

If needed, we can liaise with Maurice Blackburn on your behalf. If you are not a member at the time of your collision and join afterwards, you are still eligible for free legal advice.
