Cycling-Inform have also created an exclusive SCODY 3 Peaks Challenge training package which includes all the indoor training sessions and strength training programs that go with the 12 week training program.

To assist you in ensuring you have your nutrition right for the event, we have worked closely with Cycling-Inform to develop nutrition gudelines according to the time you plan to ride the SCODY 3 Peaks Challenge.
