North: Reservoir to Epping Rail Corridor
A route connecting the Epping, Lalor, Thomastown down to Reservoir would allow residents to connect to the High St/St georges Rd path and beyond to the CBD. The Zone One ticket at Reservoir will also encourage residents to choose getting there by bike.
Corridor Identified by State Government
August 2010 The draft Principle Bicycle network has identified this corridor as a route to be developed to offer a viable mode choice for residents in the north. There needs to be a feasibilty study performed and then funding allocated to build this link. The majority of this corridor presents few challenges.
