15 August 2012 Bicycle Network Victoria has identified this project as a local council priority for the 2012 Local Government election. Candidates should be ready to support the development and full or partial funding of this project in conjunction with State Government and can tell riders in their Council area their position by posting their candidates' statement at VoteBike.
Path's time has come for Ring Rd-MacDonalds Rd section
June 2012 The map below illustrates how the pipeline corridor can deliver huge benefits to the Mill Park and surrounding community. With traffic congestion increasing daily along Dalton and Plenty Roads as more and more residents move into the area, this path would deliver a very high return on investment not only from a transport perspective but also see more residents being active and enjoying the nearby off road bicycle network.
