Inner: Gisbourne Macarthur

This route runs from Victoria Parade in the north to the northern edge of the CBD at the intersection of Collins and Spring.

TEAS Stop construction begins

17 November 2011 The construction first of the TEAS (Tram Easy Access Stop) platforms has started this week on this busy bike route.

Department of Transport have developed this design as a way to meet DDA reequirements to get patrons on and off trams more viably. There will be trade offs to see this happen, although there may well be more positives than negatives for bikes with this design.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Route strengthened with rumble edge

17 March 2010.  This route which has been steadily upgraded over the years has recently had a rumble edge added. There is no doubt that this is an improvement. If you use the route and appreciate the upgrade please tell the City of Melbourne.
