Bicycle Network: Take Action
How we answer Facilities Development emails
The Facilities Development Messages policy explained
In the Bicycle Network Victoria Facilities Development department we try to answer as many Messages as possible. However we receive many more Messages than we can answer. You can appreciate with over 40,000 members, plus thousands of visitors to our website each day, we can’t answer every individual enquiry. There may also be some delay in replying.
We prioritise Messages by their relevance to getting More People Cycling More Often.
In most cases we will send you a link to the webpage we have updated with the answer to your question.
Some people ask us to act immediately on bicycle related problems that they face. Sometimes these issues are complex and solutions depend on many other players and factors. There may also be higher priorities that require our attention. When we can't help you, we will do our best to point you to other sources of help.
We really appreciate and value your Messages because they continually inform us of issues that affect bike riders. The more questions we receive the better idea we get of what matters to you.
We encourage you to check our website for the information you require before sending us a Message. You can also stay up to date with specific issues or events by registering for email updates on each page on our website.
Members get a fortnightly update in our email newsletter In the Loop.
We are developing a new Message system to replace emails. This is explained on the page Emails and Messages.
