Aug 24, This week a workshop was held in Traralgon to discuss the priority bike projects in the region. Links from Moe to Warragul and Morwell to Traralgon generated a lot of interest and discussion. Please answer this quick survey to comment on these projects and to go in the draw to win a Lonely Planet - Cycling Australia book. Regional Cycling Workshops - Advancing Cycling in Eastern Victoria
The Victorian Bicycle Advisory Council (VBAC) would like to invite you to attend
a free cycling workshop in Ballarat.
The workshop is an opportunity for you to hear from key speakers on the programs that are currently in place to support cycling in regional Victoria.
It will also be an opportunity for you to provide your views on how we can "revitalise" cycling in Eastern Victoria.
The workshop will bring together key people from local Councils, Bicycle User Groups, Cycling Clubs, Rail Trail committees, local schools, VicRoads
and the local community.
Date: Tuesday, 22 August 2006 9:00 AM-4:30 PM.
Location: Century Inn - cnr Princes Hwy and Airfield Road
(next to Hospital between Morwell and Traralgon)
