Bicycle Network: Ride a Trail
Maps & trail notes
(See map below)
Geelong: Near the showgrounds in South Geelong at Breakwater Rd. There is car parking available. The nearest train station is 1km away along Carr St. We want the trail extended further to link up with the Barwon River Trail for a complete off-road experience.
Drysdale: At the station where the steam railway to Queenscliff departs. Car parking available.
Queenscliff: At the station on the north side of Queenscliff.
The trail has a firmly packed and smooth base with a gravel topping. Wide tyre bikes are recommended.
It passes through a mixture of farmland and indigenous vegetation. Refreshments are available in Geelong, Drysdale and Queenscliff.
