The City of Ballarat in partnership with Bicycle Network Victoria is conducting a BikeScope survey and encourages anyone interested in riding to provide input.
Friday 21 December 2012 Thank you to everyone who completed the City of Ballarat BikeScope survey. Our prize winners have been drawn. Congratulations to Ryan for winning a $500 gift voucher supplied by Cyclescape Ballarat. Second prize ($250 gift voucher) also supplied by Cyclescape Ballarat was won by Phil. Stay tuned as an overview of the survey results will be released in the new year.
Thursday 15 November 2012 The City of Ballarat in partnership with Bicycle Network Victoria is undertaking this survey to gain information to assist in the construction of the 2013 Recreation Framework document.
Analysis of results will enable a better understanding of the local riding environment and identify improvements needed to make riding in and around Ballarat more enjoyable and attractive.
The document will provide leadership and direction as to the position of the City of Ballarat in relation to Sport and Recreation, with a dedicated area of the document dealing with bike useage.
The survey results and analysis will provide the City of Ballarat with detailed information that will help in its attempt to make riding in Ballarat more enjoyable and attractive.
We invite all riders who ride in and through the city to complete this BikeScope Survey.
