Tess Allaway General Manager - Behaviour Change Tess heads up with Behaviour Change team. Her experience manging teenage international study programs has given her people skills to effectively communicate with the whole team, now she's transferring these skills to change behaviours of adults and kids through Ride to Work, Ride2School and Parkiteer Programs. PROFILE: Tess commutes to work each day on her beloved pink bike, and tries to incorporate cycling into her other love - travel. Her claim to fame is she survived the most dangerous road in the world, AKA “the Death Road” on a mountain bike in Bolivia. She says this experience makes the peak hour traffic on St Kilda Road feel a breeze to navigate. |

Jeff McPhan Ride2School Team Manager Jeff’s role within the Behaviour Change team allows him to focus on the journey to school. That is, improving the facilities and infrastructure between home and the school gate. With a Bachelor of Recreation Management and having worked in local councils, Jeff is passionate and proud about the work he is now doing toward improving the physical activity levels of children and seeing them enjoy riding to school. PROFILE: Jeff really enjoys getting out in the great outdoors camping and catching a bigger fish than his brother! He rides his bike for pure enjoyment, as what better way is there to see the world than on a bike? You'll also see Jeff around Melbourne racking up the kilometres commuting to work each day. |

Stefan Magat Ride2School Program Co-ordinator - Media and Comms Stefan comes from the world of cosmetics and small business marketing and advertising to the Parkiteer role with Bicycle Network Victoria! He's studied Business and Communication with a strong focus on Advertising, and is now combining his marketing and advertising skills with his creativity and drive to influence behaviour and attitude change. PROFILE: Stefan is right into travel, snowboarding, taking his road bike out on Beach Road, joining the Tour de Burbs ride or doing a few laps of Kew Boulevard. His commitment to riding extends to riding through -18 degree temperatures in Amsterdam and Copenhagen and managing to stay upright on the bike through the crazy streets of Bangkok. To top off a great adventure, Stefan enjoys great food and a well deserved sleep! |

Ride2School Program Co-ordinator - School's Georgie's passion for cycling and motivation to inspire kids to get active and ride to school sees her as a fantastic asset to Bicycle Network Victoria's Ride2School team. Georgie has faced many challenges but brought about much success in running successful programs in London, now bringing this to Melbourne and beyond! |

Arlen Keen Ride2School Program Co-ordinator - Awards and Events Arlen manages the events and stakeholder relations portfolios of the Ride2School program, which includes co-ordination of Ride2School's participation in Bicycle Network Victoria events, managing behaviour change interventions, and the 'star rewards/barrier busters' project. PROFILE: Arlen's been a committed Melburnian since moving from Canada in 2005 to study a Masters of Sports Management.

Cory Boardman Ride to Work / Parkiteer Program Manager Cory has a passion for cycling, and is right behind the idea and growth of the Ride to Work Program. Cory comes with a background in adult learning, with a Masters in Business, Grad Dip in Action Learning and Bachelor in Education and Training. Cory can see the Ride to Work Program as a very important aspect of Bicycle Network Victoria in promoting health and influencing more people cycling more often. Cory enjoys making a difference to individual lives through his work, as well as those in the organisation and ultimately, making a difference to society. PROFILE: Cory loves to spend time with his partner and two beautiful daughters - preferably on bicycles.Over the past few years Cory has been a huge advocate for runbikes, and he is very happy to see their proliferation around Melbourne, and to see the success stories riding them. |

Ian Clarke Parkiteer Program Co-ordinator After two and a half years of being in the best job he’s ever had (being a stay at home dad), Ian has swapped playtime for coffee-break and is now back in the workforce. Ian is helping to improve the network for commuters by developing and delivering more bike parking facilities. PROFILE: Ian is a commuter himself as well as a recreational rider, but he is not into skinny tires. He loves to ride with the kids in the chariot, or go for a bash in the bush in Hurstbridge. |
