2) Voting and Proxy Votes for the 2012 Annual General Meeting
Here is where you can download the official proxy form All current members are entitled to attend and vote and each member over 18 years old is entitled to one vote at the meeting.

If you can not vote in person, you are able to appoint another member as your proxy by giving notice to Bicycle Network Victoria
A member can hold up to five proxy votes.
Each member must give notice about appointing any proxy to Bicycle Network Victoria by the due date set each year. Each member can hold up to 5 proxy votes.
Proxys will not be accepted if they are not submitted on the official proxy form.
The rules for proxys are outlined in the Constitution.
