Bicycle Network: Our Organisation

By purchasing a book or map you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. The price displayed for each product is in Australian dollars including GST and represents both the product price and shipping cost.

2. Books and maps will not be refunded. Once the purchase is made, it remains the property of the buyer and will be distributed to the buyer at the allocated time.

3. Your order will not be sent until payment is confirmed.

4. Australian Sales Only. We only sell and deliver products within Australia.

5. Placing an Order:

You can place an order only by clicking the "Confirm Order" button.

Upon completing your order and submitting it through the checkout system, an order reference number will be issued to you via a confirmation email. We will not process your order until it has passed our internal validation procedures, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud.

Upon processing your order and receiving payment we send you a confirmation email. 

When you place an order with us you have made an offer to purchase the product you have chosen and when we issue a tax invoice to you we have accepted your offer. Both offer and acceptance are based on these terms and conditions.

We retain discretion to cancel orders if our processes identify any attempt at fraud or for any other legitimate reason.

If for any reason we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone to determine your requirements for the reimbursement of money paid.

If the product is to be delivered by us to a place nominated by you, the risk in it will pass to you:

(i) when it is delivered; or

(ii) if we are unable to deliver the product to the place nominated by you for any reason, (for example if no one is present to accept delivery), when we or our carrier first attempt to deliver the product.
