Liz Joiner General Manager - Organisational Development Liz is heavily involved in the recruitment world of Bicycle Network Victoria, developing people and also guiding and steering culture. The best part of Liz's role is mixing with the various teams, and personally contributing to making the organisation a positive place to work. PROFILE: After completing a degree in Social Science/Pyschology, Liz spent the best part of two years finding her feet in London and Europe. She saw the best views of London on a bike which was her main form of transport, and now, back in Melbourne has recently acquired a rather sleek road bike which she uses daily.

Chris Velupillai IS Projects and Support Co-ordinator Chris loves working with the business to find the correct technology solutions here at Bicycle Network. He finds not only does his role allow him to tap into his Bachelor of Information Systems, IT project and enterprise support experience but he can also engage with his other passions of enviro care, people care, and social change. Chris started out here on a casual basis, but shortly after was snapped up and made permanent – we couldn’t lose this easy going, people caring, future focused IT expert! What makes Chris tick you ask?! He marvels in days that start early enough to watch the sun rise as he prepares for a long hike, bike or kayak in the fresh air with friends. Ideally the destination is secluded, has great views and someone has thought ahead about bringing along some fresh lunch. True to this philosophy, Chris cycled down the coast of Eastern Canada for 5 months enjoying the great food and wonderful vistas along the way.

She is very adaptable, enjoys change and fits in well with our progressive nature! Morgan's drive to build her knowledge hasn't ended after one degree, in 2013 she's signed up to start a post grad in psychology.
