Bicycle Network: Board & Governance

After almost two decades in education and a further thirteen years in small business, Janice is currently enjoying the flexibility of working as a business consultant and freelance writer, researcher and teacher. She has leadership and project management experience gained in both the public and private sectors.

Janice's qualifications include M Soc Sci (RMIT), Grad Dip Career Ed (RMIT), BA (Uni Melb), Dip Ed (Uni Melb) and FCDAA.

She is a member of several community groups and organisations spanning bike, environment and creative interests and has extensive experience in regional business group development and leadership.

Janice's enjoyment of bike riding began dodging snakes, cattle and sheep on her way to primary school. Her first Great Victorian Bike Ride in 2005 got her back on the bike and she is re-discovering the freedom, pleasure and challenges that riding a bike brings.
