Helen Millicer

Helen Millicer was elected to the Bicycle Network Victoria Board in November 2008 and has since been re-elected in 2011 She is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Currently Sustainability Project Manager – Energy and Water for the Plastics and Chemicals Industries Association, Helen has been in state and national communication and project managerial roles in the sustainability field for the last 7 years.

Helen has worked in government, listed companies, media and industry associations providing her with insight into key challenges relevant to Bicycle Network Victoria

Helen's qualifications include a BA (Monash), and post-grad diplomas in museum management and business management (Monash).

Some recent positions include Chair, Arts Management Advisory Group and Victorian Convenor and Director of the Australian Republican Movement.

Always enjoying life on a bike, three years ago Helen became a daily commuter to work and meetings. For Helen cycling is not only a convenient mode of transport it is a sustainable one.
