4) 2008 - AGM History
The 33rd Bicycle Network Victoria Annual General Meeting was held at 7.00pm on Monday 17th November 2008.
The meeting was held at the Yarra Room, Melbourne Town Hall (cnr Swanston and Collins streets).
It was attended by around eighty people including members of the Bicycle Network Victoria Board, Bicycle Network Victoria Management and staff.
All motions were passed unanimously.

Voting at the AGM
Each current financial member aged 18 and over is entitled to one vote on the relevant Agenda items at the AGM.
If you cannot attend and vote in person, you are entitled to appoint another Member as your proxy. Please print out and complete the AGM proxy form on the right and send it to the Secretary, Bicycle Network Victoria no later than 5pm Friday 7 November 2008.
Each Member can hold up to 5 Proxy votes.
