Craig Richards Chief Executive Officer Craig loves being part of Bicycle Network Victoria because it's full of great people achieving amazing things. He strives to make sure every member of the team contributes as much as possible. Craig joined Bicycle Network Victoria as the General Manager of Marketing before becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2010, and now the Chief Executive Officer. He has also worked at the Carlton Football Club and Brisbane Broncos. Craig says “Bike riding is the best way to get the exercise you need to stay healthy and it ticks three big boxes in being fun, convenient and relatively inexpensive.” In stepping into the CEO role, Craig will focus on a number of key priorities to support existing and encourage new riders including:
PROFILE: Growing up Craig was well known for roaming the neighbourhood on a 3 speed purple dragster; complete with a radio between the handlebars. He can now be spotted amongst the families on the bike paths and riding to work, fascinated by the array of motivations of bike riders. His golf clubs are gathering dust in the garage. |

Jason Robilliard
General Manager - Events With a background in Legal studies and hospiality management, Jason jumps on board to head up the Bicycle Network Victoria events team with an array of experience, having worked on many hallmark events including the Formula 1 Grand Prix, Moto GP, Melbourne Cup Carnival, Sydney 2000 Olympics, Kooyong Classic, Australian Open, Davis Cup and AFL Grand Final Corporate Villages. Jason's favourite part of his role now is the opportunity to work with the events team, and deliver positive and life-changing experiences for bike riders. PROFILE: As a Melbournian, Jason played Rugby for 10 years, he now continues the fitness training for triathalons with his road bike. In between spending time with his family, Jason also commutes and rides the local bike trails on his mountain bike.

Tess Allaway General Manager - Behaviour Change Tess heads up with Behaviour Change team. Her experience manging teenage international study programs has given her people skills to effectively communicate with the whole team, now she's transferring these skills to change behaviours of adults and kids through Ride to Work, Ride2School and Parkiteer Programs. PROFILE: Tess commutes to work each day on her beloved pink bike, and tries to incorporate cycling into her other love - travel. Her claim to fame is she survived the most dangerous road in the world, AKA “the Death Road” on a mountain bike in Bolivia. She says this experience makes the peak hour traffic on St Kilda Road feel a breeze to navigate. |

| Max Goonan
General Manager - Corporate Relationships Max is responsible for building commercial and corporate relationships across the organisation. Max comes from an extensive sports marketing and brand management background including Rugby World Cup, Commonwealth Games, Olympics and most recently the Australian Open. Profile Max is a fitness fiend who often spends the weekend savouring coffee as a momentary reward after an exhilarating ride. |

Kath Struthers General Manager - Riders PROFILE: Kath has worked for Bicycle Network Victoria for six years and volunteered prior to that and her bike bug grows and grows. Kath loves the weekends, not because of the break from work but to get on the mountain bike and find great new trails all around Victoria! With a degree in Tourism Business Management and a passion to explore new places and cultures and meeting new people, she thrives on supporting people and ensuring they are receiving the benefits they want, the perfect fit for Bicycle Network Victoria membership. |

General Manager - Finance Renaldo Tomasiello Renaldo joins Bicycle Network Victoria to lead the Finance team. With a CPA qualification, Bachelor of Accounting Degree, Renaldo is not quite finished with the study, he is now also working to complete his MBA. Renaldo brings a weath of knowledge to the Leadership and Finance Team, always looking to support the organisation and continuously improve systems. PROFILE: Renaldo enjoys a causal bike ride on the weekends, as well as spending time with his family and friends. You might also spot him on the golf course, running around the paths in Melbourne, or cheering on his footy team at the MCG.

| Garry Brennan
General Manager - Government and External Relations Garry guides the organisation through the challenge of shaping community and institutional attitudes, and especially government policy, so that the benefits of the bike revolution are fully realised for all Australians. PROFILE: His career has encompassed journalism, public relations, policy development and roles in the arts and the film industry. He is particularly keen to see bike transportation used to improve the amenity of towns and cities. |

| Liz Joiner
General Manager - Organisational Development Liz is heavily involved in the recruitment world of Bicycle Network Victoria, developing people and also guiding and steering culture. The best part of Liz's role is mixing with the various teams, and personally contributing to making the organisation a positive place to work. PROFILE: After completing a degree in Social Science/Pyschology, Liz spent the best part of two years finding her feet in London and Europe. She saw the best views of London on a bike which was her main form of transport, and now, back in Melbourne has recently acquired a rather sleek road bike which she uses daily. |
