Art Seen: an exciting mobile art project on wheels. art seen is recycling bikes into mobile sculptures and taking them on the streets as part of the St Kilda Festival 1st Bike Parade. We are looking for artists, sculptors, musicians, performers, bike lovers and recyclers to volunteer to be part of this project.
