You know its fun, you know you can have even more fun, but you just don't want to let go of the brakes! Gain the knowledge to build your confidence and HAVE FUN like you know you should. We will use trails 4 & 5 at the Southern Trail head, split into 2 groups with 2 instructors. Local Forrest mountain biker Jess Douglas will be running this session. This course is suited to the beginner that really wants to go a bit faster, feel more in control and understand how to let your mountain bike do what its designed to do! Complimentary coffee & cake or pie and smoothie etc...at The Corner Store Forrest after the course.
