Follow the Dog, trail No.6 located at the Southern end of the Forrest trail network has a load of tricky features that are often avoided or not ridden to their full potential. Norm will spend time focussing on cementing fundamental techniques of mountain biking aimed at an intermediate level. You will get the opportunity to practise these on big logs, big berms, big rollers and fast descents. Gain the knowledge on how to ride these safely, smoothly and find your new limit.
