The 2013 Seymour LifeCycle promises a great day's riding for people of all skill levels and abilities. The routes this year include the 40 km family out-and-back course to Avenel and three Challenge rides for those wishing to extend themselves. The Challenge rides are your choice of a 50km course, a 60km course or both of these combined as a 110km event. Check out the details and entry fees on our website.
