Cycling has long been one of Belgiums favourite sports and with that in mind, the Belgian Beer Caf Cycling Club was formed. Established in January 2004 by a group of cycling and Belgian culture enthusiasts, the breakfast clubs aim is to bring the European social experience surrounding the sport of cycling to Melbourne. Among the events included on the clubs social calendar are the Australia Day Music and Cycling Festival, monthly complimentary breakfasts held on the last Saturday of each month and Tour de France big screen live broadcasts.
