I live in city/suburb: Chirnside park
My commitment: I am fully committed to further development of bike paths and tracks throughout the Yarra Ranges. The Warburton Trail is hugely popular and I ride it most weekends. I would like to develop a trail from Lilydale to Healesville and then along the O'Shannassy aquaduct to Warbuton, creating a 70+ km loop. The new bike path in Chirnside park needs to be linked to the Ringwood trail and also back around to Lilydale Lake. I'd also like to develop the tracks in the bush around Silvan dam for mountain biking. The existing council has been closing tracks in this area.
