I live in city/suburb: Seddon
My commitment: My family has 4 bikes and one car. My partner rides to work in the city everyday and the whole family rides to Sunshine, Williamstown, Maribyrnong or the city on weekends. We also participate in and promote Ride2Work and Ride2School days. I know the local bike network. I will advocate for substantial increases in council spending on bicycle infrastructure, for both recreational cyclists and commuters. Providing a safe connection between the Footscray Rd Bike Path and the Sunshine Rail Bike Path at Whitten Oval is my top priority. We need more bicycle parking in shopping precincts also!
