My commitment: As part of my dedication to cycling and the cycling community, I wish to continue to lobby the State Government in regards to keeping the preferred initial bike path route of the Federation Trail link along Millers Rd, Brooklyn through to Spotswood as opposed to the new alternative route recently suggested in 2012. Furthermore, I was instrumental In getting Hobsons Bay council whilst I was Mayor of the City, to provide access point’s to the Federation Trail in Brooklyn, by acquiring two residential properties along Cypress Avenue, Brooklyn.
