My commitment: Chair of the bicycle (& pedestrian) advisory committee for four years. A bicycle is my normal transport, all weathers and occasions. I have advocated consistently for better cycling infrastructure and the normalisation of cycling, ensuring that cycling infrastructure is considered in all appropriate works. At my own expense I have studied cycling interstate and overseas and pushed for the inclusion of cycling best practice into Council policies and infrastructure renewal.
