I live in city/suburb: Stonnington North Ward
My commitment: If I am elected I will work to ensure safe bicycle trails in North Ward. I am particularly concerned to ensure that cyclists and walkers can enjoy the trail along the Yarra river. It is both a beautiful ride and walk but at the moment the path is too narrow to accomodate cyclists and walkers. The Yarra river should be enjoyable for all old,young walking or cycling. I walk this track nearly every day and know that currently it is not possible to walk or cycle it with total safety.
