My commitment: I am committed to promoting practical, low-cost options to tackle rising congestion. One initiative I will explore is to establish a complete bike path between Plenty Road and Watsonia Station along the easement for the electricity transmission lines. If complimented with proper bike facilities at Watsonia Station this could encourage more local residents to ride to the station and the local shopping strip rather than drive.
