My commitment: As a commuter cyclist, I have made cycling a key issue in my campaign and I am committed to making cycling a fun, safe and convenient form of transport in Stonnington. The Stonnington Greens have a detailed bike policy that seeks to increase funding for bike infrastructure in Stonnington. Our specific priorities include extending green treatment the length of Chapel Street, creating peak hour bike lanes on major thoroughfares such as High Street and Williams Road, increasing bike parking at shopping strips and bringing bike share to Stonnington. Stonnington has fantastic potential to be a great place for cycling and if elected I will take action to make this happen.
