I live in city/suburb: Seaholme

My commitment: Hobsons Bay is great for cycling, and we need to make it easy for people to get around by bike, for commuting to work or school, going shopping, or linking into the train network, including adequate bicycle parking facilities at stations. If elected I will work to complete the Federation trail east of Millers Rd for commuter cyclists, and provide a link between Cherry Lake and the Princes Hwy along the Kororoit Creek. The last section of the Laverton Creek trail also needs completion through the Truganina swamp area. It is great to have the Westgate bicycle punt operating on a regular basis again and I will advocate to ensure it continues that way.
