I live in city/suburb: Greensborough

My commitment: I enjoy riding a bike myself and when I was not carrying tools to work, I ride my bike. I have a great NORCO hybrid and I love getting out and about following the river trails on weekends. If elected to office I commit to pushing for upgrades of existing bicycle paths such as the Plenty River trail to complete the missing links of Banule to Lwr Plenty roads and the Greensborough by-pas connection. As per our Transport plan point 3.10 accessible on our website, the greens are committed to improving recreational and road share bicycle paths as well as creating new paths, some of which will be bicycle only paths. Pushing for more bikes and less cars on our roads is at the heart of the Greens policies battling road congestion and climate change.
